Aplikasi Antimicrobial Susceptibility Test (AST) dalam Mendeteksi Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE): Sebuah Tinjauan Sistematis

Pendahuluan: Indonesia merupakan negara dengan prevalensi carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) tertinggi di Asia. Hal tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya menemukan dan menanggulangi kasus CRE sedini mungkin. Telaah sistematis ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan hasil penelitian terkini tentang secara global, aplikasi antimicrobial susceptibility test (AST) dalam mendeteksi CRE, metode deteksi carbapenemase-producing (CP-CRE).
 Metode: Tinjauan dilakukan pada artikel ilmiah berbahasa Inggris yang diterbitkan PubMed®, Science Direct®, Scopus® dari Januari 2018 hingga Februari 2022. Kriteria inklusi adalah studi melakukan pemeriksaan sampel berasal manusia kata kunci pencarian ‘antimicrobial test’ OR ‘microbial sensitivity breakpoint determination’ AND ‘carbapenem-resistant Enterobactericeae’ ‘carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae’. Tahapan selanjutnya sesuai pedoman preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA).
 Hasil: Hasil alur seleksi menghasilkan 11 kemudian diekstraksi dianalisis. Prevalensi sebesar 9,6% skrining CRE. Deteksi paling banyak urin darah mengunakan Vitek-2® disk diffusion resistensi mikroba terhadap imipenem meropenem.
 Kesimpulan: Didapatkan tinggi penapisan sering, dapat menjadi alternatif apabila sumber daya terbatas. Pemeriksaan dilanjutkan (CP-CRE) menggunakan uji genotipik, fenotipik, fluorogenik.
